Okay, I have the alternator hooked up right (I think) The belt looks okay. The air pump and the fan however are still a puzzle. I need a diagram of some sort... A picture of how the pullys are set up would help too. I'm use to fuel injected cars, not belt run trucks, so this is new to me.

The alternator and fan run off the same belt (on the rear most slot on the fan pulley) and the air pump is run off the fan (front slot on the pulley). If you have A/C I'd have to check my truck to know how that one routes, but you didn't mention it.

So it goes Fan, Air pump belt, and then alt belt after that? So where do I hook the fan up to the bottom pulley so the fan moves?

you have to put the Alt. belt on first, it goes to the back. That belt will go around the crank, up to the watter pump and over to the alt. it should make a triagle. After that i cant realy help much, i dont have any of the other stuff. Just try putting belts on and if they fit well and line up stright, run whith it.

Now that I re-read my post I guess that was clear as mud. As MEPR said, one belt goes from crank to the fan, to the alt. Air pump runs on the front pulley on the fan, fan to pump only.
