Ok I have replaced the fan clutch all radiator hoses thermostat and housing flushed radiator, I'm not getting oil in cooling or cooling in oil, no smoke out tailpipe. When I start driving my truck gets hot, I stop and release pressure off radiator I'm fine to drive rest of day.pleasehelpme

I've never heard of an overheating issue that is good after you vent the pressure. But it makes me wonder if your radiator cap isn't venting properly at the pressure it's supposed to.

Last I checked, replacement radiators ARE available for this vehicle (2nd gen gas LUV) from Spectre and other manufacturers. RockAuto.com and other vendors should be able to get them.

Right. I don't know if it will fit both ways on a LUV, but I had an overheating problem in another vehicle years ago that had a similar problem. It wouldn't cool until it got very hot.

Check ignition timing. I bought one that the owner said the head gasket was blown and overheats, the timing was 10 degrees retarded.
