Is there a chart listing all the bolt sizes and where they're used on our trucks?

When I got my truck, a lot of it had already been disassembled. As such, a lot of the fasteners are either not labeled or just plain missing. And some are so rusted as to not be identifiable.

A lot of the sheet metal screws I can do a rough approximation on replacements and make it work, but some of the bolts are a little harder. Like the ones that hold the timing chain cover on, the ones that bolt the engine to the transmission, etc, etc.

I've got the parts list pdf, but it shows the part numbers, not the dimensions. And some of those part numbers have been obsolete for decades.
