I know this has been asked numerous times on the board but I could not find anything. I am open to other options.

Front Bumper got destroyed, beyond repairable.

1979 LUV
Looking for a stock bumper preferably, but I am open to aftermarket or other bumpers even if they need modification to fit.

Please let me know if you have had success with fitting non-LUV bumpers to your LUV!

Thanks!

Those bumpers are pretty soft. I had o e that was really bent up and damn near folded over and made it look pretty good. Then I painted it. I'm not even a body man! Aces hours with a couple hammers and dollies and it was good enough until I found a nice one at pick and pull. That one that one that was just shown is very usable. Just takes a little work.

Yeah I ended up repairing it the best I could. You are certainly right about it being soft!
Will never quite look the same again and now its starting to rust in spots where the metal was bent/broken. Will likely have to sand and paint once it gets warmer up here in Canada.

I was also able to find a fiberglass replacement here for any future lurkers that may come across this thread.

I hope the bumper is better quality than their crappy LUV hoods...

Looks like the unlimitedproducts is a good option, though I'm curious about its quality and fit.
