This could be a dumb question but, I was wondering if someone could explain why my cylinder head has g200 on it and my engine block has g180 on it?

The head has been swapped at some point...

A G200 head on a G180 block lowers the compression ratio. If your engine seems to lack power this could be a partial cause.

I see, thanks for the info! I have been having trouble getting it started, so I can't really talk to it's performance.

But I have another question about the engine that y'all might be able to explain to me. My 4th cylinder had a non fouler installed. From what I have read, it doesn't sound like a good thing, but a temporary fix. Can someone explain the potential issues that my engine may have?

Thanks for your time and help :D

Most likely bad rings on #4 or possibably valve steam seals.

Is that something that will cause damage to the engine if I don't fix it immediately?

More then likely it will just continue to burn oil and foul the plug.
