Does anybody have an extra ignition switch with a key they want to part with?????
The luv now has an electrical issue and I'm going to start there first. Don't know what happened the truck was running fine then we shut it off and it didn't want to start. Sounded like a dead battery ( STARTER CLICKING ) but that was not the case. Checked power at the fuse box and when the key is turned to the on position the voltage at the fuse box drops in half ?????

Anybody had this issue before???

I've seen them on ebay, but rarely. If you have an actual locksmith in town, worth a try. Had one repaired on a Datsun 510

Rather then replace switch they make a mechanics push button start jumper for diagnostic purposes. I would try that first to see if it's even your switch. I've seen bad battery's with bad cell show 12v+ however cannot handle load. Did you load test battery?
