 Post subject: Generator light on...

So, driving down the road and my charging light goes on.
Turn around and head home worried that my fuel pump will die and I'll be stuck. Make it home.
Did the Fuse Box Fix years back so figured that's not it.
Replace fuse for the regulator. Nope.
Switch the Alternator. (I have a parts truck) Nope.
Switch the Regulator. Nope.
Unscrew the mounting screws on the Fuse Box. Pull and replace all the connectors. Re mount fuse box.

Light is now off.

Hope it helps the next guy.

Fixx'D it...Good 8) SOUNDS LIKE maybe you had a loose connection at the fuse box a lot of problems start right there

I second this. I used to get issues like this on hotter days especially.

Thank you!!!! Just about to give this a shot.
I've replaced the alternator twice. (Got sent a bad one).
Regulator already looks new with fresh wiring (previous owner must've replaced)
My next step is what you posted. Wish me luck.
