So I know I've asked quite a few questions, but I wanted to share my progress for those who have been helping me along the way. Here is what I've done:
1.Remove the Transmission and Engine
2.Cleaned up and painted the drive shafts, transmission, and engine
3. Replaced the pilot bearing, tranny output shaft seal, input shaft seal and gasket, tcase gasket, throw out bearing, and clutch fork boot
4. Resurface flywheel
5. Power Washed the radiator

What I still need to do:
1. Install flywheel, new clutch, intake manifold, and new heater hoses
2. Clean and install alternator and starter
2. Connect transmission and engine

What I need to know:
1.What do the engine mounts need to be torqued to? The bolts to the body and the pads looking things. I undid both while trying to lift it out :?
2. Does anyone have old pictures or a diagram of where the bolts go for the transmission (and how the springs for clutch fork and the 4x4 shifter are set up)? It was the first thing I did and don't remember how I did it or have an pictures... Rookie mistake.

All this started because of a leaking rear main

PM this guy, if he doesn't have a series 9 for your truck a series 10 (1980) is the same except for the trim & clutch size.
