Don't think they were shipped with AC. I think its would have been a dealer added option.

Some years definitely had factory a/c. What year is this LUV?

I'm assuming this means you have the evaporator box, which should connect to your existing heater box. If so, that should dictate where you cut the holes, shouldn't it? As for the a/c lines in the cab, you can have them custom made (soft lines) and use any generic condenser that fits. Do you have a compressor and bracket?

I have a hard line from a 2nd gen, and I think it should fit your rig--but I can't think of any possible way to ship it without damage.

The truck isn't stock. I will be putting a ls motor in it. The thing is when I bought all the a/c stuff and had it shipped it looks like the lines from the evap lines got bent a little. I have a general idea where they should come out. I just didn't want to cut a bigger hole in the firewall then I needed to.

Below is a cut and paste from a thread here by scjconv from a few years ago...

In answer to where the holes are in the dash for the a/c lines to go thru? Check very carefully and you will find some "knock out" plugs already stamped into the firewall.
The factory actually made all Luvs to accomodate factory a/c, so if you can find a donor truck all that is neccesary to install it is simply swapping the parts.. Even the electrical wiring is already wrapped in the factory under hood wiring in all Luvs, both the left and right sides.
It is really a very simple installation, especially if you have another truck to refer to.
Good luck and I will do my best to answer any questions...

Thanks mytmouz for the post. So I checked my firewall inside the cab and in engine bay and dont see any knockouts for the a/c lines.
