I would source another vapor recovery tank and mount it under the bed...

You can get a vented cap, you will smell fuel around it though. Also, the oil pan is vented to that tank as well, if you didn't change the lines on the fire wall then you may be pressurizing that as well.

What about a race style fuel pump that doesnt require a vacuum pressure or would that send too much fuel to the carb

Here is your problem. You don't have a tank vent. As fuel is pumped out of the tank air can not replace it, causing your problem.

So what should i do ive put a vented cap and ive tried all different kinds of hose setups between plugged and not plugged ive thought about just ripping the whole system out and just putting a fuel cell on the back and running fuel that way with the stock pump

If it worked with the evaporate canister then find one and put it back on, no need to reinvent the wheel. without being there I can't tell you what to do.

Yeah but i wouldnt mind changing the tank either to a larger 35 gallon cell that can bold to the headach rack of my flatbed and then just run it straight through the filter amd pump no vacuum lines and more gas

There are no vacuum lines, it's called vent tines and a expansion tank.

Look, a evap tank was offered, you don't want it. Just fix it anyway you want, a lot of suggestions were made.
