As you can see, I didn't put the dash in all the way yet. I just pushed it in a bit to see what it might look like.

Took the truck to an upholstery shop to fix the carpet, put the headliner in, covered the pillars, and cover those kick panels. I had the glass put in.

I picked up the engine. G200 Rebuilt .30 over, G180 head with delta cam, and dual valve springs.

Pictures are dark, I'll try to post better ones.

I had the new seals put in with the front and rear windows, to me they don't look that great. They look faded. The front windshield lower corners don't fit well.

I just posted another thread for electrical help under the dash under "stock trucks". If u guys can take a look and see if you could help it's appreciated, thank you

I'll post some pics up to see if you guys can help me wiring some things back. I took this apart years ago and didn't take enough pictures before taking things apart. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the work I'm doing to it on another thread, stock trucks, "Attempting to refurbish interior"

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=29607

In the first pic where does that yellow wire w/ the green stripe connect to? It's on the harness that attaches to the seatbelt.

The solid yellow wire coming out of the gauge area, ?????

The two black wires with white stripes that I have coming out of the gauges area?

The blue wire I show coming out of the ash tray with the four different wires/ connector coming from the harness?

The blue wire coming out from the bottom of the AC box? There are also three male connectors there, what wires go there?

The solid wire coming out of the top of the AC unit, where do I attach that to?

What did the G200 rebuild cost? I am trying to find someone to do one and I'm having some trouble.
I'm on the central coast in California. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I paid $1400 for this but that included $150 to balance and another $150 to "dress it up" ( I think is what they called it). So it should be about $1100. Dress it up - they put the timing chain / cover, valve cover, and a few other things back on.

Bought these door belt weather strips.

I was looking at them rubber kits & these door swipes /seals as well..

Please will lets us know on the time to get these and how they compare to the old one.

Thanks

The door rubber fit really well, the rear rubber looks good but the front windshield rubber does not seal even at the bottom corners. I haven't installed the "door swipes".
