I found some OEM window cranks on eBay. Expensive but look to be OEM.

I've been working on a 1978 or 1979 Luv. I forget what year it is, bought it years ago, maybe 10. I want to put together a nice interior. 2 weeks ago I took my dash to just dashes to get re-done. Took the interior all apart, sanded it down, and primered it. I'm not finished sanding it, I have a few more spots. After I'm done sanding, I'll take it to the paint some to get painted. Also bought the front windshield/ rear window weather stripping, door weatherstrips, a few other pieces.

I'll finish one day.

I know these rims sticking out is not popular, just trying to make it mini truck 80's style. It's just a project and won't drive it much.

I'm not sure what color. I was thinking of silver, if I don't then it will be yellow. That is why I decided to sand all of the inside, to get rid of all the yellow in case I decided to go silver.

My 17 yr old son got me back on this project. He visited some extended family members and they have an old Datsun truck. He drove it and liked it, so here we are. I'm sure he'll drive the heck out of it when we get it done. I also did the engine compartment the same way. I'll just paint the engine compartment and the interior of the cab. I'll primer the exterior and put a clear coat on top of that for awhile until I paint it completely.

wow, thanks for all the pics. I especially like the under dash area without the heater. I had planned to pull it out this week, but was unsure about it. Now it's full speed ahead. Will be going with electric heat and all that under dash area is designated a stereo only zone.

I'll let you know and show pics on how the parts fit.

What's with electric heat? How do you do that and with what? I've never heard of it.
