I'm in the process of making a list of stock parts that connect to the intake manifold on my 80 Luv 4x4, that will be for another project I'm working on. Wish California wouldn't be so strict on smog laws.

In the Top picture, I found the EGR Vavle. Notice the very bottom arrow, it points to where the EGR valve bolts on.
My question is, what is the section/part called where the EGR bolts to? The very most top arrow shows a metal line that connects to the same part. I'ts hard to get a good look while under my truck, but I'm hoping this part unbolts from the intake manifold.

See a 2nd picture (with arrow) to show you where the metal line connects to on top.

In my shop manual I couldn't find a good a good part break down like that picture. So the Adapter is item 6 in that diagram (part number 94212612.)

Thanks Luvrv8! 8)

The gasket is #6, the adapter is #5. I think you get the idea.

I took the picture from my parts manual, Ben was nice enough to have the parts manual scanned and can be found in the info section on the main page here.

FYI factory service manual and parts manual are two different publications. Another separate publication is the electrical troubleshooting manual.

Hey guys, I found a 76 Luv Intake Manifold. Does anyone know if the adapter for the PCV valve will work? It doesn't have a small metal like like the one in this picture, but the seller suggested drilling in the same spot and tapping the hole.

I am not familiar with the stock manifolds. I am away from my manuals right now as I am on Vacation in Florida. If it's just manifold vacuum you could " T" off another source.
