Hello everyone, have a little story and a question. 12 years ago (when i was 15) my grandfather passed away and left me a '77 LUV. so i started fixing it up and found this website which helped alot and i fell in love with the truck. got it running, body work done ran good. after that i got a camaro and decided to drive that and gave the truck to my father who has had it for the past 10 or so years. well recently my father has had pretty severe medical issues and the truck has came back to me after all this time...but unfortunately the truck has some "head" issues. Im having it towed here this sunday by a friend. My question is regarding what to do about the head (have it rebuilt, replaced what have you..) anyone still sell a brand new one? any links to other posts are appreciated. thought id come ask the community that helped me and i loved so much when i was a teenager and was in LUV with my truck. thanks for reading!

I don't have a definite answer for you, but great story! Well except the part about your Dad getting sick. My guess would be a machine shop would need to rebuild your head, or any other used head you bring him after you find one.
