Ive asked about this topic before and i did a search on it as well. Can someone please Post some pictures of where i should have condensers On my truck. Its not charging the battery. I have a brand new alternator that I got from Rockauto. I know the regulator needs one but where else should i have one at. The truck dies as soon as i disconnect the negative wire from the battery. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated thank you.

One on the distributor, and one on the regulator, neither affects the charging. Check for blown fuse in the fuse box.
If your back up lights and the cigarette lighter don't work you have a blown regulator fuse. On the stock alternator power is fed from the ignition switch to the regulator, then to the alternator to begin charging. Gen light should be on if not charging.
