If we could find someone to make them, I think we could sell about 134 of them instantly.

Not to rub it in, but I would make it 132!! I was lucky enough to be able to get one through my brother when I redid my interior. :D I am putting pics of the swap on my webpage soon. My brother is a parts man at a Chevy dealership. And sorry, I was looking out for you guys and asked him 2 weeks ago if he could still get them but they have been discontinued and all sold since then. If mine cracks again, the truck just might go on the sale block!

The plastic dashtop isn't too bad. I had to cut out the entire top of the dash because of the cracks and warping. I used sheets of cork as a replacement filler so the plastic dashtop would have something to sit on. The cork molded to the contour of the metal quite well. Its been in about 3 weeks and it looks o.k. I dont know how well it will hold up over time but for now its good to go. The vents can be dealt with but it depends on how much effort you want to put towards it. I took the easy way out and used a couple of sections of"milk crate" style light diffuser material trimmed to fit. It sure isnt stock looking but it a lot better looking than before.

http://www.dashtop.com . It runs about 70.00 bucks + shipping. I've got a pic of mine installed but it doesn't show great detail[/url]

I installed the plastic dash cover from JC Whitney. This was about 7 yrs ago. It still looks great, and mine sits in the sun all the time. Really if you don;t look REAL HARD you can't tell it isn't stock.
