Boy I am working every one to death on this new truck. Trying to fill the fuel tank sucks.you have to go very slow. They do not use the stock tank or filler neck.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

The vent/over flow line looks like it is below the filler line. Try to shorten it up, get rid of the saggy point and make it as straight as you can and above the filler. If it sits low like it is the fuel can settle and act like a blockage for the vapor causing too much pressure while fueling. I did this to my stepside and it had no problem fueling after I did the above repairs.

I did not think of the vent line to the neck. I will have to look at the fuel hoses but they seem to have a dip in it. I had thought of getting a muffler shop to make me a tube to prevent the sag. I tend to see things only one way now days and it really helps to have y'll help out with different ways and things I have missed thanks luvrv8.

The top picture shows the dip in the hose. I am not saying it will fix your problem but I am pretty sure it is not helping. Just shorten the hose, I see it already has a splice fitting in it, tie wrap it to the top of the filler and give it a try. Looks like all it would cost is a few tie wraps.
