This is a 1980 Longbed Luv. A friend and I tore this motor apart for a head gasket replacement, I went ahead and had the head checked out , turned out it was warped, and we put everything back together. I have everything reconnected and ready to turn it over besides these 3 wires. Does anyone know where they hook up and what they control?

It's hard to see them in this picture, its the black connector, faded black or grey connector, and the round connector between them

They come from this connector:

Which runs back to the fender here:

Also here is the truck we are working on, it will be my wife's cruiser. Brakes and lines are all brand new, new tires, just needing the motor to run and going to save for a Weber Carb.

The gray flat connector (yellow/black stripe wire) goes to the temperature sender on the bottom of the intake near the cylinder #1 runner.
The black flat connector (black wire) goes to the oil sender at the base of the oil filter mount.
(If you swap the two the temp gauge will swing wildly with rpms- I did it once.)
The round connector isn't hooked to anything on my truck, so can't help you there (green wire).
There is also a 4th wire in the bundle on my truck, it goes to the distributor, but it looks like in the picture you already have that wire connected.

I believe the black round wire would be A/C compressor if so equipped .
