This morning started my truck to go to work and as I backed out it died and no there is no power at anything 12 volt in the cab. Quickly looked at the fuse box...didn't test anything but all fuses look good. Question is there a relay or device right behind the 12 source that could be bad and inhibit power to travel any farther?

No relay. Power comes from the battery + terminal, through a smaller black wire over to the fender well, through a fuse link (a short smaller flexible wire made to burn out/open up in case of a short), and then over to the fuse box.
Time to get out the voltmeter and trace it down.
