Is it the hose to the carb or the valve cover bolts. I think I'll put a regular bolt type hose clamp on the hose to the carb. How much torque can I put on those valve cover bolts?

Well I tightened down the valve cover bolts and put a real hose clamp on the breather hose to the carb and no more oil leak.

I still think it's burning oil somehow though.
