Pretty much any auto parts store can sell you the rubber fuel line. Just measure/guess the total length you need to replace and you can buy it by the foot. The easy way to get the right size is to take a chunk of it in and have them fit it. Or you can pick up a fuel filter at the same time and fit it to that. The return line is smaller though.
Most parts shops you can just ask for some help and they will run out to look under the hood with you and pick out the size.
For the main supply line I like to get the stuff rated for fuel injection. It isn't that much more expensive these days but it is quite a bit tougher.
If you are talking about the metal hard lines, that is a little tougher to come by. You can get metal line and the tools to bend it though.
