The factory bucket seats also included a bit different seat belt arrangement. There is a hard plastic shell around the latch end of the belts that is supposed to keep them pointing upright instead of flopping over. The bench seats came with a latch end of the belt that the plastic covering doesn't extend all the way down to the bolt, and the factory buckets the plastic goes clear to the bolt. Both of the ones I've seen though the plastic was destroyed and the belts flopped over.
They also had carpet covering the driveline hump between the seats.
I believe that latch portion of the belts might have been a little shorter on the buckets too, but I can't remember for certain and I don't have my pair of them with me to look at.
