Battery died. Slapped a new one in (under full warranty, I love Costco) put my volt meter on it and it looks to not be charging at full rate. Only showing 11 1/2 volts with the eng running. If I turn on the lights I hear the eng. rpm drop just a touch as if the alt. is reacting to the load. (maybe it's lack of juice for the plugs?)
The GEN light is not on. It does work, it comes on with key on/not running. Also, I noticed the head lights are only working with the key on. The used to work at any time, on or off. So, where do I check first? Alt., reg., ignition switch, etc.?

Thanks for the help, guys. While changing the battery, I inadvertently pulled apart a wire connection.
Plugged it back in and all is well. It's pushing 13.5-14 volts now, and the dome light and headlights work with the key off.
