Chevy Luv 1976 mikado the truck have new fuel pump 94 -7 psi), new alternator, new regulator, new carburator, new relays.

Every time that move my ignition switch to ON position the starter try to kick in (without move complete to On position) and the fuse blown out, alsdo is two wires connected to little bolt on side of the distributor one is black with red stripe is live all time also with the switch in off position (12v) is normal?

if I desconected the ignition switch and put back I can turn ON the car and works good, if I turn Off and try againin does the same problmes: blow out the fuse (fuel pump).

would be worth a try but im not sure if those tiny wires are meant for that much current.. but why did you get a bigger fuel pump? the stock one is plenty for the engine
are you positive you hooked the relays up the same and grounded all the right wires?

This is the wiring diagram for your truck: http://www.luvtruck.com/PDF/Series5.pdf

Print this guy up nice and big. Highlight your battery, starter, coil, fuel pump relay, and distributor. Connect the dots with the same highlighter, and go verify the connections between your battery, ignition, and starter, etc...

If you find extra wires that don't belong there, take note of them and draw them on to the diagram you highlighted. I am willing to bet you'll find something irregular, and that's a good place to start if you're blowing fuses every time you turn the thing on.

Also, I agree with love4theluv, there is probably no need for a larger fuel pump.

Something is not wired correctly. Distributor terminal is only hot when the key is on. I would suspect ignition bypass relay problems.
Not a good idea to increase the fuse size, or the next thing you will be replaceing a burned up wireing harness. Fuse is for protecting the wireing.
