Which side is your exhaust on? My truck is different of course, but it has a bracket there to stabilize the exhaust pipe.

Mine is on the drivers side, if an exhaust hook, what attaches to it?

its a exhaust hanger it should have a clamp around the pipe and bolted to it i have a 1980 chevy luv 4x4 its the same on mine
