well as some fellas may remember me i have drag raced and cut up more chevy luvs in the past 25 yrs than i care to remember. but i have always remembered that first one. i have been searching the country for several years and i finally found it. 1978 LUV original owner garage kept baby blue 2wd 4spd 139K on the clock motor rebuild 2 yrs ago (blown head gasket was the reason for the rebuild). its coming out of California should arrive next week. just to let you guys know....it will stay 100% original...just wanna drive it and enjoy. but i sure would like to put AC in it... any ideas?

well it has arrived and it is in phenomenal condition. as if time stood still. i should have pics up by the weekend. i am in need of some new door mirrors.. can someone point me in the right direction for factory mirrors or a nice classic replacement.
