So, first my fuel gauge stopped working...then my horn went out, and won't come back no matter what I seem to do to it. A couple of days ago while I was driving my temperature gauge dropped to C, I came to a stop and it started working again. Just now, I went outside and started up my car, perfectly functional except the horn and fuel gauge. I let it warm up for a couple of minutes and then, out of nowhere, the dash lights, parking lights and taillights all stopped working at the same time. All my fuses are fine, I've lemon juiced my fuse block too. Is this likely a ground issue?

YES! But check your connections on the back of your dash assembly.I would clean the connections there and replace any burnt out bulbs. Then start checking your grounds. Also I have seen the glass fuses blow at the ends and you can't see it but test to make sure you have power to your dash assembly.
