Ok so I'm getting ready to rebuild a spare engine I have for my 79 LUV. The one that is in it right now is leaking oil out of both ends and needs to go bye bye. I figured before I put the spare in that I would make everything brand new.

I have found 3 sites that sell master kits for the 1.8.

Rockauto was my first, but most expensive resort.

The second one I found was Northernautoparts.com and I've seen that suggested in these forums.

The last one seemed sketchy to me but it was 150 dollars cheaper than Northernautoparts and it was at rpmmachine.com. Can anyone help me decide please?

Check NAPA. They had very reasonable rebuilt ones for my 77.

Went to napa the other day. he said he could put one together for about $700. went to autozone after that and she said $344.
