EGR bung is M22x1.5 thread if you want search for a bolt to fit. If you are not planning on re-using the EGR tube cut the tube (also makes it easier to get off the engine), slide the tube pieces out of the threaded connectors, tap the inside of the connectors for a 1/4" pipe plug, re-install the plugged threaded connectors into the bungs. Use a similar method to plug the air rail fittings on the head (just a lot smaller plug), or if you can find some that fits directly they are M14x1.25. O2 bung (some headers have them if you decide to go that way) is M18x1.5.
