Ok I now have a new clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder.How do I adjust the slave cylinder to the clutch fork? I know how to adjust the pedal.

My 77 has a large nut, 14mm?, with a rounded end that goes against the fork. There is a smaller jam nut. Back the jam nut off to give you plenty of room. Turn the larger nut until you have just a little play between the large nut and the fork. Then tighten the jam nut. There may be specs for the play, but as long as you have a little, it should be fine.
