 Post subject: WEIRD IGNITION SITUATION

I recently got a DUI and I need to get an interlock system in my 80 LUV. I went to have it installed but the installer pointed out an issue. When the key was in the "ACC" position, his hand bumped a wire running to my ignition and the truck tried to start up. He wiggled it again and the truck started right up. He cant install the interlock til I get the issue fixed otherwise I could beat the system by never having my key in the "ON" position haha. Think the issue's with the ignition?
