The heater/back up lamp fuse keeps blowing. I have a schematic and tried to isolate the problem. There are 2 wires on the load side of the fuse box. I seperated the wires and did a continuity test. One wire showed an open circuit to ground but the other (red/black) showed a perfect circuit to ground. I have unplugged and traced all the wires I can think of even cleaning some ground connections and no luck. Any one have any ideas??

Diagram shows the B/R wire going to back up lights. Check the back up light switch on the transmission first, then see if it makes a difference if it is in reverse gear or not. If it does, then check from there to the back up lamps. Don't overlook a shorted bulb, it happens.
