Please tell what vehicle & engine you are asking about. LUV head bolts are re-usable as long as they go back into the same hole in the block. Take a piece of cardboard, mark the bolt location with the new headgasket, push the bolts through as they are removed. Clean the bolt holes thoroughly, it's best to run a thread chase into the hole and over the bolt, then clean with brake cleaner, blow dry, lightly oil the bolt threads before installing. Don't leave any oil or cleaner pooled in the bottom of the bolt holes. Torque in stages in the proper sequence.
