I'm getting the stuff together to change the head gasket and everybody says to use new head bolts but i can't find any online or in the parts store can somebody help out with this and let me know where i can get them. Thanks

LUV head bolts are re-usable as long as they go back into the same hole in the block. Take a piece of cardboard, mark the bolt location with the new headgasket, push the bolts through as they are removed. Clean the bolt holes thoroughly, it's best to run a thread chase into the hole and over the bolt, then clean with brake cleaner, blow dry, lightly oil the bolt threads before installing. Don't leave any oil or cleaner pooled in the bottom of the bolt holes. Torque in stages in the proper sequence.

Sorry it is the stock 1.8 that is in the truck which is a 77 luv 4 speed.
as far as head bolts being reusable I would rather not, I just can't seem to find new ones though. Should I look for a generic
size or continue looking for ones that specifically say they are for G180?

You don't need to replace the head bolts. If it was easy to find them and they were cheap that would be one thing, but since that is not the case go with what you have. I'm guessing I've reused mine 3, or maybe 4 times in 31 years without issues.
Good advice in the posts above, and torque properly, and then re-torque about 6 months later, and I doubt you will have to think about it again.

I could have bought some new head bolts for the LUV but i would have to have bought 300 of them at like $1.50 each.
