Searched couldn't quite find a match to my problem.

Truck idles at a stand still okay. I can coast while in a gear and its fine. But when in neutral for a short time and pressing on gas there is a delay in response, while delayed truck sputters and sometimes dies on me. Would it be carb issues or something more serious?

Adjusted carb, played with accelerator pump. Fairly well fixed. Woo
