which weber model (s) can i use for the luv.
and which are the manual choke?? i would prefer to go with manual choke. simplify it, and more like my bike.
also.. adapter plate pics?

and what model cars had the weber im looking for stock for me to find in a yard


would i be able to wire a switch to an electric choke?? run from Battery -> Fuse -> Switch -> Carb
to turn it on or off with a switch manually. if i cant find a manual choke.

got my new weber 32/36 DGEV today :twisted: , full kit with everythign i need, putting it on in a couple days when i have time

hadnt seen that before but that helps alot :D thanks for the info!
i will try to get some pics of it before, during and after the swap.
i cant wait to switch them out, that hitachi POS has been the only problem on my truck that didnt get fixed right away, new engine inside and out. 5k miles on the engine total. but that piece of garbage carb :evil:

"Kit is for off-road use, not for use on highways, or in california" thats exactly the kind of parts i want on my truck mo powaaaa :lol: gotta love power parts

lol. one of these days if i can afford it. i need headers too.

anyone have a rocommendation for what type of gasket sealer to use on the bottom gasket?? it says dont use RTV so im not sure what would be best

If your referring to the carb gasket, if you look to the end of vid 1, you'll see I use anti-seize. You can use anti-seize, white grease, or Vaseline all work well as both a seal and anti sticking agent. You can install them dry also but they can dry out and also stick together to the carb, adapter or manifold. If you ever need to make changes (like swapping manifolds) it can be a pain when it sticks and rips apart. .
