ok so i got my little truck running great except for one little problem...i took it on the road and it does fine with decent power up until about 40 to 45 miles per hour... it acts like thats its top speed almost. could this be my carb's high speed side not opening correctly (or at all) ?? :?:

If you mean by the secondary throttle not working yes that sound like your problem also check and make sure your choke is opening completely.
