 Post subject: i nead head

i have an 81 luv with the stock 1.8 with a little modifications, i have a bare head and a cam without looking at the old one i know theres parts that i need to replace and none of the local auto part stores seem to know exactly what i need such as the followers n all that junk, anyone help?
