Does anyone know where I can get a pinion crush sleeve for my LUV's rear differential? I need one ASAP!

Crush Sleeve??? Do you mean a Speedy Sleeve...a sleeve to put on so the seal will have a new surface to ride on? If so, NAPA has a huge variety of them and can usually get any you need.

Nope, a crush sleave goes behind the pinion yoke on the rear end, you then tighten down the large nut just until it takes a certain amount torque for the rear end gears to turn. This preloads the pinion bearing tension. The sleave slightly "crushes" in the process.
Where to get one? My guess would be at a shop that specializes in changing gear ratios, rebuilding differentials etc.

I clicked on the link and nothing came up...I checked with O'reillys and they didnt have anything. Same with Autozone, Napa and various differential shops.

This part is sometimes called a pinion bearing preload spacer. See if this more modern name for the part gets you somewhere.
