Is there a place that sells leveling kits for a '74 Luv? Also, is there a good tire size/way to make the rear tires match the front tires on how far they stick out?

Leveling...you didn't say which end you wanted to raise/lower...front is easy, just adjust the torsion bars...for the rear you can get add-a-leafs or go old school with air shocks to raise and blocks to lower...if you have the funds you can go to a complete air ride suspension.
Tires...do a little homework found on the site and buy the tires accordingly...I have 255/60-15 on the rear and 225/60-15 on the front and they are just about perfect.
