 Post subject: brakes frozen?!?!

ok, I have a 1980 chevy luv and it ran perfect in the summer but ever since its been cold out( 20 degrees or lower) my truck has a hard time going. It feels like the brakes are pushin against the drums. can anyone help me :?: :!: :?: :!:

Could be. When was the last time you rebuilt/replaced the wheel cylinders? Crud builds up in them and stiffens up in the cold. Also the springs get old. I replace all the springs and stuff with every set of shoes, and rebuild the cylinders every few times.
