One of my tires popped the other day, there was a bulge in the sidewall and the 90 degree weather here finally made it deflate, I've looked at tire factory, walmart, costco, all the wheels run around 90-100 each! Also tried les schwab but of course they're closed today and tomorrow.

I need to get new tires ASAP, as I have to go back to work on monday and don't want to drive around on my spare, (which is full size anyway) Does anyone here know of anywhere in the washougal/camas/vancouver washington area that has cheap tires?

Or would it be best to have a tire shop just put a tube inside of it?

The tires are 195/70/14 and tubeless.

The tire that went still has excellent tread but the only problem is that small cut in the sidewall. My father in law mentioned it would be relatively cheap to just get a tube put in so i didn't have to waste the tire.

what do you guys think?

I just blew one too. Broke a belt at 90 mph. The tread trashed the side of my car, smashed my mirror and ripped off my rear bumper  Im still rolling on the donut :(
Id just go to a junkyard and look around. Most places only charge around 15 bucks for a tire. To save some money, put the tire on the rim yourself, then go to a shop to get it balanced. Most places its like 5 bucks to balance it. If you let them mount it and balance it its going to run you around 20 bucks.
Im not to sure on putting a tube in it so maybe someone else can chime in on that.

Also, most tire shops will sell you used tires at a cheaper rate. Call around and see if they can help you out..

Back in the '80s 2 tires on my truck were stabbed in the sidewall. Being broke I needed to put a tube in one of them for a while. I put it on the left rear. The tire was an Goodyear Eagle GT 255-60-15. The tube was a "radial" tube. It was fine for a couple months around town,(in Phoenix) but on a trip home to L.A., it let go. No damage, but it let go and shreded apart.
So I don't recommend the tube. Look for a used tire until you can buy 4 new matching ones.
