As I wait for my LUV Manual to arrive, can you give me a bit of info? What is the valve lash for a G200 and the spark plug gap too? I pulled the plugs and ran a compression test today. (Got to quit loaning out my tools! Found out my friend removed the schrader valve from my compression tester for some stupid reason. Luckly I found one in the spare tire.) Each cylinder: 1=210, 2=190, 3=215, and 4=195. I expected worse but I think with a bit of valve lapping will equall them out. Isn't the average supposed to be within 10% of each other? It's been a while! Also are RG185 spark plugs the correct heat range? Also, what is the plug size for the smog pump manifold into the head? Lastly, going to have to replace the radiator too as it seems the cooling fins near the bottom are deteriorating and/or gone. Found that out when I hosed it off today.
