Sooo,
I'm pretty sure I lost my last key, and I feel dumb because I kept telling myself "I need to make another spare"

Is there anything I can do, or do I have to replace the ignition and the locks?

try a good lock smith... they can make a new key with out the old one...

your pretty sure its lost? well id make sure first :P but seriously check your local locksmth or you could do lock upgrade now good excuse to change them and all

If you can get inside of your truck still, take out the passenger side door lock. There will be a code on it for the lock smith and they can make you a new key for less than $10. Alot cheaper than having them come out to your place or replacing the locks and ignition switch.
