Well after much reading and research, I have come to a point where I am stumped. I have done everything that I can think of to get my LUV running. At first I was getting fuel to the carb, but now it seems that I am not getting fuel through the hard line. I am not a fuel savy guy, nor a carb savy guy I won't lie. I have done everything that I can think of : replaced fuel filter, replaced fuel pump, replace some lines, and put a elbow in for the fuel. Someone please help me if you can.

You said you replaced the pump but did you confirm that it was working and if so then look between the pump and the tank cause it the fuel line is cracked it could be sucking air and you will never get any fuel until you repair it.There is also a sock/strainer on the fuel pickup that could be plugged.

Disconnect the line at the tank and wrap a rag around it. Disconnect and the carb or fuel pump up front. Blow air thru it. That will tell you if it's gotten clogs or as stated a leak that sucks air will show up. Usually where there are rubber hoses.
DO NOT BLOW AIR INTO THE TANK, could create a far greater problem! Altho you won't be dealing with a lack of fuel getting to the carb anymore.

I am working on getting the bed taken off of my truck right now. That way I can check all my line and stuff, thinking about just redoing them all cause some of them look like they are from 1978 ha ha. I have all my fuel stuff taken apart right now minus the hard line. Will keep you guys updated.
