I was just wondering what other years of Luv or Isuzu carbs(smog legal) are compatible with the 78. :?:

i know at least up to 80 maybe 82 and i think any engine prior to 78 that is the same. i could be worng on this though but i know up to 80. matt

no its a diffrent motor. 76 and up has the same motor as u. i think it should work u might have to rig up a couple of wires but nothin hard. matt

76 and up carbs will definetly work, but i bet the older carbs will work aswell. Im perty shure only the head changed

the carbs are different. the whole engine was changed. even some of the carbs were on the other side in the early models. but yes the 76 and up will work. matt
