Hey guys where can I order a rebuild kit for my 1980 Luv truck? It's still got the stock 1.8 liter engine. Thanks for the help.

Using the "search" function for rebuild kit I came up with this thread right off the top.
I am sure there are plenty other references if you were to keep looking. :wink:

don’t remember but i got a kit, then some other stuff and rebuilt my motor my self for under $400 and had to get a couple tools to do it but it all came in under $400... i did shop around on eBay a bit, watched stuff for about a month to get the best deals

Yea me and a friend will be doing all the work and I'm just looking for a basic rebuild. Under $400 aint bad.

here was a fast check on eBay
$35 gasket kit
$40 pistons
$35 rings
$10 piston pins
$68 timing chain set
$30 for rod & main bearings
Totals $218 and what ever some tolls you may need and odds and ends you should do it for the $400 and under price
