I rebuilt a 1.9L for my 79 luv. All working great but the heater bypass valve is leaking bad. Prior to starting this rebuild I noticed that is was leaking a little. Seems to leak much more now, assuming that it is because of extra pressure of the system and not too much from a cylinder leak. Anyone have problems like this, is it rebuildable or do I just buy a new valve? Any suggestions would help. I did check for excessive pressure in radiator and it seems good.

I have never torn one apart before. I don't if you can. I have seen a new one for sale a time or two on feebay. Might just try Napa, just in case.
