 Post subject: Painting the LUV logo

Anyone ever try to paint their LUV logo. I want to make them look new again or at least take the dull look away. I thought maybe I would rough up the platic with a wire brush or steel wool and primer then repaint with some chrome paint. Is there a chrome paint out there that will stick well to a primered plastic? Any suggestions?


PS I am looking for a passenger logo, mine only has on pin left in it. Anyone have a spare they want to let go?

Image How about these? Anyone every try to rechrome these, or have them rechromed? How about just painting them with chrome paint, anyone ever try it?

If you want real crome look without taking it to a plater, there's only one product to go with. Alsa Corp's CromeFX paint. They sell it in both rattle can and liquid form. Not the cheapest, but it's the best stuff out there.
