Thought I would ask before I spend too much time on this.

Put new 6024 lights in because one went out. Now I have no high beam. Low beam ok. Turn High Beam on and indicator is ok, but no light on either one. Has never been a problem until I replace the lights this week.

That is odd. I would start by getting some spray electrical contact cleaner and a toothbrush and unplug the headlights and clean the 3 prong plugs out really well. Maybe a spider nest or some dirt is not letting it get a good connection. Clean off the prongs on the lights too. If that doesn't work, you may have broken a rotten wire when you were replacing the lights. A multimeter or test light in the plug and the other lead to a body ground should show 12v DC on one of the plug terminals on normal beam, and the same on the other when switched to high. I think 2 of them will be hot on high beam, because both beams will be on, but not sure. That will tell you where you're not getting power. You can also pull your light switch and check the connections to be sure they are clean and tight. Mine was soldered but who knows depending on the year. The stock light switch is a piece of crap, and you can buy a generic new one for about 7 bucks at autozone. I replaced mine because it was all screwed up.

Check fuses? 72-75 models have separate fuses for high beam, low beam etc. Later models have a circuit breaker built into the switch I believe.
