I have looked with no luck. I'm a oilfield mechanic with alot of contacts, that can get pretty much anything, but they all say they don't make'em any more. Also they said that they are not torque-to-yield, like I thought. I have a machinist that can make them but told me the ones I had were OK, and that if I asked how much it was to make them, I couldn't afford them.(lol) FYI the bolts are metric in every way. I even asked if I could use a grade 8 metric with a washer but they all advised me NOT too. I was told to go find used ones and clean them up good if I needed them. Good luck on your search.

We've covered this one before. You can do a search for "head bolts 4zd1" to read the long version of the story but here is the short story: http://www.headbolts.com has headbolts for the Isuzu 2.3L 4ZD1 motor and those happen to be identical to those used on the LUV. You can also look around elsewhere for 4ZD1 headbolts like ebay and perhaps find a better deal.
